Second Smith-Midland Associate completes elite NPCA Leadership Academy

We are proud of Alan Pritchard, Smith-Midland’s Plant Manager for his graduation from the National Precast Association Leadership Academy. A year-long training process, Leadership NCPA selected just 9 precast professionals from across North American to participate in multiple sessions designed to sharpen their management training, industry association experience and networking abilities, creating future leaders in our industry.

Alan’s training launched with an intensive session in at The 2018 Precast Show in Denver, and continued over 12 months with multiple conference calls, two-day boot camps, group meetings at the fall conference in Providence, RI, and then culminating with final meetings and graduation at The 2019 Precast Show this past week in Louisville, KY.
